Bank Reconciliation
We review both your bank statement and your General Ledger. This is to ensure the balance in bank accounts match the balance of your General Ledger.
Credit Card Reconciliation
We review and post your receipts while ensuring your Credit Card statement is completely accurate and up to date.
Accounts Payable
We process verify and reconcile invoices that come in. We make sure all payments are completed and posted, and nothing remains outstanding.
Account Receivable
We review and record all revenue to ensure your company has received those payments on time. This includes sending out invoices and receipts, and tracking outstanding invoices.
Admin Assistance
We offer remote admin assistance custom to the client. This may include, but is not limited to, e-mail management, scheduling, communications with employees, contractors and customers, and general admin support.
Payroll
We ensure your employees are paid as per the payment cycle that is set by the company. This includes ensuring all employee payroll information stays up to date and that all Payroll Tax payments are being made.
GST/PST (Sales Tax) Return
We ensure everything is calculated correctly and filed on time according to the governments requirement.
Financial Reporting
We produce various financial reports, such as Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Report, General Ledger, etc. We analyze and review these and create monthly and yearly reports to make it easy for business owners to understand what their business financials look like.
Liaise With Your Accountant
We are flexible and are able to work with a team you already have. Whether we come in and help your existing accounting team with some of these duties, or just come in to help you review your financials as needed, we will be there.
